Can you help me move from another email tool?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV and import them with their fields and tags. If you get stuck, email us and we will help you map the fields.
Do you offer plans for large lists or agencies?
Yes. Email us with roughly how many contacts you have and how many emails you send each month, and we will send a quote.
I have a problem with my account. Where do I start?

How do I report spam sent through SendCoop?
Forward the email with its full headers to hello@sendcoop.com. We investigate every report under our anti-spam policy.
