Bring your own AI key and pay nothing extra
Every plan includes AI generations for writing emails, subject lines and flows. If you already pay for an AI provider, connect your own key in your account and AI writing in SendCoop does not use your plan’s allowance.
Are any features locked to bigger plans?
No. Every feature is on every plan, including Free. Bigger plans give you more contacts, emails, automations, AI generations and team members.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account and start on the free plan. Add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
How are contacts counted?
By the number of contacts in your lists. Clean out unsubscribed and bounced contacts to free up room on your plan.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Sending pauses until your limit resets or you move to a bigger tier. You can see your usage in the app at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account inside the app.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. That is two months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I send more than my plan allows in one month?
Yes. Buy a credit pack from your account, from $19 for 10,000 credits (1 credit sends 1 email). Bought credits are used after your plan’s monthly credits run out, and they never expire.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Share your referral link from Settings → Refer a friend. Your friend gets 20% off their first payment, and when it goes through you both get a reward: 10,000 sending credits (which never expire), or $10 off your next invoice on Own SMTP plans.
What is a branded tracking domain?
Links and open tracking in your emails can use your own domain, like links.yourstore.com, instead of a shared one. You add one DNS record (a CNAME) and SendCoop sets up the security certificate for you. Free includes 1, paid plans include 5, and extra domains are $1 a month each.
Do you have promo codes?
Sometimes, for launches and partners. Enter the code in the "Have a promo code?" box at checkout, or open a promo link and it is applied for you.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
What is an AI generation?
One request to the AI writer, such as drafting an email, rewriting a line or suggesting subject lines. Connect your own AI key and generations do not use your plan’s allowance.
