SendCoop + Shopify
Connect your Shopify store to sync customers, recover abandoned carts, add products to emails and see the revenue each email brings in.
- Sync customers to a list, respecting their marketing consent
- Abandoned cart automations
- Add live products to any email
- Revenue per campaign and flow
Connect Shopify in three steps
- In Shopify, create a custom app and copy its Admin API access token and API secret key.
- In SendCoop, open Integrations → Stores → Shopify and paste your store domain, token and secret.
- Pick the list customers should join and turn on cart tracking if you want abandoned-cart emails.
What people build with Shopify
Abandoned cart
After a checkout sits idle (one hour by default), the shopper is tagged “abandoned-cart” and your reminder flow starts. Buying removes the tag.
Thank buyers
Everyone who orders is tagged “customer”, so you can welcome them differently from people who only subscribed.
New arrivals
Pick up to 24 products from your store in the editor and the grid fills with images, prices and links.
See what sold
Paid orders are matched to the email the buyer clicked, so each report shows the revenue it brought in.
Does SendCoop update when something changes in Shopify?
Yes. SendCoop registers Shopify webhooks when you connect, so new customers, orders and checkouts arrive as they happen. Disconnecting removes them.
Which customers are added to my list?
Customers who accepted email marketing in Shopify. If someone opts out in Shopify, they are unsubscribed in SendCoop too.
How is revenue matched to an email?
SendCoop looks for its click ID on the order first, then for the buyer’s latest email click within your attribution window, which is 7 days by default and can be set from 1 to 90.
Are my products copied into SendCoop?
No. Products are fetched live from your store when you add them to an email, so prices and images are current.
