Questions

About n8n

More in the help docs.

Is n8n free to use with SendCoop?

SendCoop does not charge for webhooks or the API. n8n has its own plans and limits.

How do I know the webhook is genuine?

Every delivery is signed. Check the X-SendCoop-Signature header against the secret shown when you created the webhook.

What happens if my endpoint is down?

Timeouts and server errors are retried twice more, after one minute and after five. A webhook that fails 50 times in a row is switched off.

Can I limit events to one list?

Yes. Each webhook can be limited to a single list. Campaign events are sent for the whole account.
