These terms govern your use of SendCoop. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account, including that of team members you invite.
Using SendCoop properly
You may only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and you must follow our anti-spam policy and acceptable use policy. We may pause sending or suspend an account that puts deliverability or other customers at risk.
Your content
You own your lists, emails, images and other content. You give us permission to store, process and send that content only to provide the service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.
AI features
AI-generated text can be wrong. Review it before you send. If you connect your own AI key, your use of that provider is also subject to its terms.
Availability
We work hard to keep SendCoop running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SendCoop is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local law gives you the right to use your own courts.
