SendCoop + WooCommerce
Connect your WooCommerce store with a REST API key to sync customers, track orders, recover abandoned carts and add products to emails.
- Sync customers to a list
- Abandoned cart automations
- Add live products to any email
- Revenue per campaign and flow
Connect WooCommerce in three steps
- In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and create a key with Read/Write access.
- In SendCoop, open Integrations → Stores → WooCommerce and paste your store address, consumer key and secret.
- Pick the list customers should join and turn on cart tracking if you want abandoned-cart emails.
What people build with WooCommerce
Abandoned cart
Pending and failed orders that are not paid are treated as abandoned carts, and the shopper enters your reminder flow.
Thank buyers
Buyers are tagged “customer”, ready for a thank-you or review request.
New arrivals
Search your published products in the editor and drop them into a product grid.
See what sold
Orders are credited to the email the buyer clicked. WooCommerce 8.5 or later gives the most accurate matching.
Does it update automatically?
Yes. SendCoop adds WooCommerce webhooks for orders and customers when you connect, and removes them when you disconnect.
Why does my store need https?
Your API key is sent with every request, so SendCoop only connects to stores served over https.
How does WooCommerce handle consent?
WooCommerce has no marketing-consent flag, so make sure your checkout asks for permission before customers are added to a list.
