These terms apply when SendCoop processes personal data of your contacts on your behalf. They form part of our terms of service.
Roles
You are the controller of your contacts’ data. SendCoop is your processor and acts only on your documented instructions, which are your use of the app and these terms.
What we do with the data
We store your contacts, send your emails, record opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes, and show you reports. We do not use your contacts’ data for our own purposes.
Our commitments
- Staff and service providers with access are bound by confidentiality.
- We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
- We use sub-processors only for hosting, email delivery, payments and optional AI features, and remain responsible for them.
- We help you answer requests from your contacts and tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach.
- When you delete data or close your account, we delete your contacts’ data, as described in our privacy policy.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
