Connect AI assistants (MCP) in three steps
- STEP 1In SendCoop, open Integrations → AI assistants and copy your server URL (https://app.sendcoop.com/mcp).
- STEP 2In your assistant, add a custom connector with that URL. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http sendcoop https://app.sendcoop.com/mcp
- STEP 3Sign in to SendCoop when asked and choose read-only access, or allow changes too.

Can the assistant send email without me?
No. Sending a campaign always takes two steps: the assistant shows a summary with the subject, sender and exact number of recipients, and sends only after you say yes. Read-only connections cannot change or send anything.
How do I stop an assistant from accessing my account?
Open Integrations → AI assistants and click Revoke next to the app. It loses access immediately.
Which assistants work?
Any app that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP with OAuth, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code. Apps without OAuth can connect with an API key.
Does it cost extra?
No. The MCP server is included with plans that have API access. Emails it sends use your normal sending credits.

Yes. Every action an assistant takes is listed under Recent activity on the AI assistants page.
