Embed a form on your website

Copy the embed code for a SendCoop form and paste it into any website, using hosted code that updates itself or plain HTML.

To show a form inside a page, such as your footer or a blog post, copy its embed code and paste it into your site. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and any site where you can add HTML.

Before you start

Get the code

  1. In the left sidebar, click Sign-up forms.
  2. On the Forms tab, open the menu on the form’s row and choose Embed on page.
  3. Pick a tab:
    • Hosted (auto-updates): the form loads from SendCoop, so changes you make later show up on your site automatically. The form must stay published.
    • HTML code (fastest): the form’s HTML is pasted straight into your page. It loads faster, but you need to copy the code again after each change.
  4. Click Copy code.

Paste it into your site

Paste the code where you want the form to appear. In most website builders, use an “HTML”, “Custom code” or “Embed” block.

The hosted code looks like this, with your form’s ID in place of FORM_UID:

<div id="sendcoop-form-FORM_UID"></div>
<script src="https://app.sendcoop.com/frontend/forms/FORM_UID/embed.js" async></script>

Always copy the code from SendCoop rather than typing it, so the ID is right.

Troubleshooting

  • The form doesn’t show. Check that it is published, and that your site builder didn’t strip the <script> tag. Some builders only run scripts in a dedicated code block.
  • Changes don’t appear. If you used HTML code (fastest), copy the code again and replace the old one.
