Connect Pabbly Connect, Make or n8n

Pabbly Connect, Make and n8n all work with SendCoop the same way: webhooks send events out, and the API brings data in.

Before you start

• For actions that change data in SendCoop, create an API key. API access must be included in your plan. See API keys and REST API basics.

Pabbly Connect

1. In Pabbly Connect, choose the trigger app Webhook and copy the webhook URL.
2. In SendCoop, click Integrations > Automation apps. Under Add a webhook, choose the event, paste the URL and click Add webhook.
3. Click Send test. Pabbly captures the sample, and you can map the fields in your next step.
4. For actions, use API (Pabbly) with your API key as a Bearer token.

Make

1. In Make, add Webhooks > Custom webhook, create a hook and copy its address.
2. Add it in SendCoop under Integrations > Automation apps, choose the event and click Add webhook.
3. Click Send test so Make learns the data structure.
4. For actions, use HTTP > Make a request with your API key.

n8n

1. Add a Webhook node with the method POST and copy the production URL.
2. Add it in SendCoop under Integrations > Automation apps and choose the event. Use the test URL while you build, then switch to the production URL.
3. For actions, use the HTTP Request node with the header:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

What you can do in SendCoop through the API

• Add or update a contact (with list_uid, EMAIL, FIRST_NAME, tag and other fields).
• Find a contact by email.
• Add tags to a contact.
• Unsubscribe an email from a list.
• Get your lists and their fields.

Tips

• Check deliveries with your app’s own signature check if it supports custom code. See Webhooks.
• If a scenario stops receiving events, look at the Last delivery column on the Automation apps page. A webhook switched off after repeated failures can be turned back on with Resume.
