Send postbacks to your ad tracker

Connect UTMCAP, Voluum, RedTrack, Everflow, Binom or any tracker so SendCoop sends leads and email sales back with the tracker's click ID.

If you buy ads and use an ad tracker, SendCoop can report back when an ad visitor signs up and when they later buy from one of your emails. Your tracker then shows the real return on each ad, including sales your emails make weeks later.

How it works

  • In: your tracker sends visitors to your landing page with its click ID in the URL. SendCoop forms save that click ID with the new subscriber. You can see it under Lead source on the subscriber’s page.
  • Out: when that subscriber signs up, and later whenever they buy from one of your emails, SendCoop calls your tracker’s postback URL with the same click ID.

Supported trackers

UTMCAP, Voluum, RedTrack, Everflow and Binom have ready-made setups. Any other tracker or CRM that accepts a GET postback works with the custom option.

Set up a tracker

  1. In the left sidebar, click Integrations, then the Ad trackers tab.
  2. Open your tracker.
  3. 1. Landing page URL: copy the parameter shown and add it to the landing page URL you enter in your tracker, so the click ID reaches your SendCoop form.
  4. 2. Postback URL: paste your tracker’s postback URL. SendCoop fills in these placeholders:
    • {click_id}: the tracker’s click ID
    • {payout}: the lead payout, or the sale amount
    • {txid}: the order or transaction ID
    • {event}: lead or sale
    • {currency}: the sale currency
  5. Choose what to send:
    • Send new leads: once per subscriber, when they sign up. Optionally set a Lead payout.
    • Send email sales: every sale SendCoop records for that subscriber (website pixel, affiliate postbacks, Shopify, WooCommerce), with the sale amount.
  6. Switch on Turn on and click Save.

Send a test

  1. Copy a real click ID from your tracker’s click log.
  2. Under Send a test, paste it into Click ID.
  3. Click Send test lead. It should appear in your tracker as a conversion.

The Recent postbacks list shows what was sent and how your tracker answered.

Tips

  • Each tracker’s page notes where to find the postback URL in that tracker. Check the format against your tracker’s own postback page before turning it on.
  • The postback URL must start with http:// or https:// and contain {click_id}.
