Use the template catalog

Browse SendCoop's ready-made email and form layouts by category or code, preview them, add your store products and start editing.

The catalog is a set of ready-made layouts for sales, newsletters, launches, lead magnets and more. Each layout has a short code, such as E-04 for emails or F-02 for forms, so it is easy to find again.

Open the catalog

  • Email layouts: click Campaigns in the sidebar, then the Campaign catalog tab.
  • Forms and popups: click Sign-up forms, then the Forms & popups catalog tab.

Find a layout

  • Use the category tabs, such as All, Promotional, Store, Newsletter, Lead gen, Affiliate and Announcement. Each tab shows how many layouts it has.
  • Or type in Search templates. You can search by name or by code, for example E-07.

Each card shows the code, the category and the name.

Use a layout

  1. Click a layout to open it. Switch between Desktop and Mobile to preview it.
  2. Under Use this template, click Use template.
    • For an email, SendCoop copies the layout into your Templates and opens the email editor.
    • For a form, SendCoop opens the new form screen with the layout already chosen.

Layouts copied from the catalog come out in your brand, using your logo, colour, font and social links. See Set up your brand kit.

Add your store products

If the layout has product spots and your Shopify or WooCommerce store is connected, an Add your products panel appears on the layout’s page.

  1. Use Search products to find items in your store.
  2. Tick the products you want. The counter shows how many spots you have filled.
  3. Click Use template (or Write with AI). Each product’s photo, name, price and link go into the layout.

No store connected? Click Connect a store. See Connect Shopify or Connect WooCommerce.

Write it with AI

If AI writing is available on your account, use Write it with AI on the layout’s page. Describe the email under What is this email about?, choose a Tone and Language, and click Write with AI. AI writes the copy into the layout and the design stays the same. See Write with AI.

Start from scratch

On the Campaign catalog page, click Blank email to start with an empty layout, or Create with AI to let AI build one.

Good to know

Codes follow the order of the layouts in the catalog. If your catalog changes, a code can point to a different layout, so check the name too.
