Plans, usage and limits
See how much of your SendCoop plan you have used: subscribers, lists, campaigns, sending credits, AI credits and other limits.
Your plan sets how much you can use: how many subscribers, lists and campaigns you can have, and how many emails you can send. You can check your usage at any time.
Check your usage
- In the left sidebar, click Settings.
- Click Resource Usage.
You can also click Credits used in the account menu at the top right.
What you’ll see
Usage, compared with your plan’s limit (or Unlimited):
- Subscribers
- Mailing Lists
- Campaigns
- Automations
- Sending Domains
- Team Users
- Upload Storage
Credits, which your plan gives you and refills each billing cycle:
- Send Email: one credit per email sent, including test emails.
- Verify Contact: for email list verification.
- AI Generation: one credit per AI request with SendCoop’s built-in AI. Requests made with your own AI key don’t use these. See Use your own AI key.
Each credit card shows how many remain. Rate Limits shows any limits on how fast you can send.
What happens at a limit
- When your Send Email credits run out, emails can’t be sent (test emails included) until the credits refill or you change plan.
- When you reach a limit such as Sending Domains or Team Users, SendCoop tells you and asks you to upgrade before you add more.
- When your AI Generation credits run out, you’ll see “You’ve used all AI generations for this billing cycle.”
To raise your limits, change to a bigger plan. See Change, upgrade or cancel your plan.
