Add team members

Give colleagues their own SendCoop login and control what they can do with roles.

You can give teammates their own login to your SendCoop account. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and change.

Before you start

  • Only users with full account access see Users and Roles under Settings.
  • The number of team users depends on your plan. See Plans, usage and limits.

Add a team member

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  2. Under Security & Access, click Users.
  3. Click Add user.
  4. Fill in First name, Last name and Email address. Optionally add a Phone number and Profile photo.
  5. Choose a Role.
  6. Set a Password and Confirm password.
  7. Save.

SendCoop doesn’t send an invitation email. Share the login address (app.sendcoop.com), their email and the password with your teammate in a safe way, and ask them to change the password under Settings > Profile after they log in.

Create a role

  1. Under Security & Access, click Roles.
  2. Click Create role.
  3. Enter a Role name and Description.
  4. Under Permissions, choose what this role can do. Each permission group allows one level.
  5. Save.

Roles marked Default are built in. Roles you create are marked Custom.

Edit or remove a team member

Open Users, click the person, and change their details or role. To change their password, enter a new one; leave the password fields blank to keep the current one.

Tips

  • Give each person the smallest role that lets them do their job. For example, a writer may not need access to billing.
  • If two-factor authentication is offered, you’ll see Two-Factor Auth under Security & Access. Turn it on for extra protection.
